live-in House Manager lives and works at the home, providing
stability, consistency, and a home-like environment for
six (6) youth who are wards of the state due to abuse
and/or neglect. The live-in House Manager has an excellent
balance of nurturing and accountability to encourage the
youths successful growth into adulthood. The youth are
in the Tempe School District and typically attend Bustoz
Elementary, Connelly Middle School, or McClintock High
School. The home is licensed for siblings 0-18 years of
age. |

Monterosa House is a sibling home located in the West
Valley. The live-in House Manager lives and works in the
home to provide stability, consistency, and a home-like
environment for ten (10) children who are wards of the
state due to abuse and/or neglect. The live-in House Manager
has an excellent balance of nurturing and accountability
to encourage the children's successful growth into adulthood.
The children are in the Cartwright School District and
typically attend Holiday Park Elementary, Desert Sands
Jr. High, and West Valley High School. The home is licensed
for children 0-18 years of age. |

of a healthy, well-balanced home. The children are typically
wards of the state due to abuse, neglect and/or abandonment

on the crucial bond between siblings in crisis. Highland
House is in the Tolleson School District. The majority
of the children attend Westwind Elementary and/or Westview
High School. The home is licensed for six (6) children
0-18 years of age. |

Valley. The home has a married husband and wife team that
live and work within the home. The couple provides stability,
consistency, and a role model of a healthy, well-balanced
home. The youth are typically wards of the state due to
abuse, neglect and/or abandonment issues. These children
are able to maintain and build on the crucial bond between
siblings in crisis. Redden House is in the Peoria School
District. The children will typically attend Frontier
and/or Apache School. The home is licensed for six (6)
children 0-18 years of age. |

It has the capacity to house six (6) children. Harmony
House provides a safe and nurturing environment for children
who are presently wards of the state due to abuse and/or
neglect. Harmony House generally has children who are
in the Independent Living Program or who are getting ready
to go into the program. Generally, the children either
have a job or are seeking one, and are taught to be more
independent. The home is licensed for siblings 0-18 years
of age. Glendale Union is the school district. The majority
of the children attend Apollo or Cortez High. |

activities to build on boys natural strengths, thus heightening
their self-esteem and positive attitudes. The boys in
this home are typically special needs. They are in the
Peoria School District and attend Desert Palm Elementary,
Pioneer, Desert Valley, Skyview for special needs, and
Ironwood High School. The home is licensed for boys 5-18
years of age. |

district. The majority of boys attend Independence High

New Horizons is a girls home in the West Valley. The

Four Seasons is a pregnant / parenting teen mom home
located in the West Valley. It has the capacity to house
five (5) moms and five (5) children. Four Seasons offers
an Independent Living Program based on a Life Skill curriculum
and weekly Active Parenting classes. Four Seasons requires
all residents to attend either school or GED program,
as well as encourages and assists with employment. The
house is licensed for 0-18 years of age. The teen girls
are in the Cartwright School District. Most of the girls
prefer to attend "The Village", which specializes
in education for pregnant and teen moms. This school also
accepts their children into the program. |
